The Meadows School is a pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade college preparatory private school located on a forty-acre campus in the Summerlin community of northwest Las Vegas. It is the only school in the state that places 100 percent of its graduates in four-year accredited colleges and universities.

MLA worked with Killefer Flammang Architects on the Wanda Lamb Peccole Center, a state-of-the-art facility that features a 340-seat theater with lobby, dressing rooms, green room, stagecraft workshop, and a black box theater. The music wing offers instrumental and choral classrooms, practice rooms, and support spaces. Studios for painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, and photography are provided in the art wing as well as a student art gallery. Designed to be the signature building of the school, this facility is the focal point of The Meadows thriving and vibrant visual art and music programs.

MLA designed the interior acoustics and audio visual systems of the theater and practice rooms, which include a number of unique features. An elevator accesses the pit, main floor, and catwalk levels providing safety and convenience for the performers and technical crews. The stage is accessed from the cross aisle, making handicapped circulation a natural feature of the design and avoiding the necessity of a lift.
